The Online Gambling FAQ
Can I play at online casinos using a public computer, like at an internet café or library?
Maybe, but it is not advisable for a few reasons. First, some public sites use a proxy, which is against most casino’s Terms and Conditions. Second, if anyone else has used that site at the same computer, then the casino software will detect multiple accounts from the same ISP, and you and the other account holder may be banned or blacklisted. Third, most of these places don’t allow you to download software to their terminals, so you may not be able to play. It is also not advisable to give sensitive credit card or financial information at a public computer terminal.
